Before any solar cleaner joins the network they pass this full checklist. Re-verified annually. Anyone using pressure washing is automatically excluded.
Nylon or microfiber brush. Deionized or reverse-osmosis water. Never pressure washing — even at low PSI. Pressure washing voids manufacturer warranties on every major panel brand; we exclude any cleaner who uses it.
Current Certificate of Insurance — $1M minimum general liability per occurrence, workers' comp on all employees, commercial auto. Annually re-verified.
Registered California LLC or sole proprietor with current business license in each city of operation. Verified annually.
At least 100 completed residential solar cleans in the last 12 months. We contact a sample of past clients to verify quality, timeline, and pricing accuracy before adding the cleaner to the network.
Partner cleaners verify their methodology against the manufacturer warranty terms for major panel brands (Panasonic, REC, Q CELLS, LG, SunPower, Hyundai). The cleaning practice on file matches what each warranty requires — pressure washing voids most warranties, soft-brush + softened water keeps you covered.
Every job includes screenshots from the homeowner's monitoring app (Enphase, SolarEdge, SMA) showing pre-clean vs post-clean kWh. The recovery is documented, not assumed.
Network specialists agree to not use fear-funnel sales tactics — exaggerated production-loss claims, fake urgency, manipulative pricing. Calm, honest information only.
License, insurance, business registration re-verified every January. Three substantive complaints in a 12-month rolling window triggers a partner review.
If you're a licensed, insured solar cleaning specialist in the Greater Sacramento region and your method is warranty-safe (no pressure washing), we'd like to talk.
