VISIT SCHEDULE

Visit 1 · April (Spring) — after pollen, before heat bakes the film. Lifts the season's heaviest cling.
Visit 2 · Mid-July (Summer) — mid-summer dust break. Production recovers 7–10% on the first sunny day after.
Visit 3 · September (Fire-season, on call) — priority dispatch within 7 days of any major smoke event. If no smoke this year, this visit is your fall-clean.
Visit 4 · December (Winter) — bird-buildup removal, microcrack/connector check before the low-sun months.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What if I want to skip a visit?

Tell us. The quarterly invoice for that visit is skipped. No penalty. You can resume the schedule anytime.

What if I sell my house mid-year?

Plan transfers to the new owner if they want it. Or cancel and we refund the quarterly invoice pro-rata.

Does the network specialist match my city?

Yes. We match by service area, so the same local specialist handles you every visit. If you move within the network's service area, the same specialist may follow you; otherwise we transfer your plan to the local specialist in your new city.

What if there's no smoke event this year?

Visit 3 becomes a routine fall-season clean. You always get 4 visits a year regardless.
