Fire season (Sept to Oct): Davis is moderately exposed to fire-zone smoke. Most major events affecting Davis come from north (Mendocino) or northeast (Sierra). Plan customers prioritized for same-week dispatch.
Winter (Nov to Feb): Pigeon and starling nesting common in Davis Manor and Old North alleyway-adjacent homes. December check addresses this.
